Why this salamander grill earns its place
The Roller Grill BAR 2000 does two jobs: fast toasting and rapid-heat grilling or reheating. It sits on a prep counter—420mm wide, 12 kg—and handles everything from sandwich toasting to plating cold pizza, croques-monsieur and hot snacks on service. The infrared heating elements deliver fast, even heat without heavy smoke or odour, which matters when the unit sits close to customer space or behind the bar.
There's no timer fussing here. You load the item, slide it under the grill, and the radiant heat does the work. The design is intentionally simple—the element positioning and reflector focus heat on the cooking surface, so browning and reheating happens quickly and consistently. It runs on standard 230V supply at 3000W, so it's fast from cold and holds temperature under continuous use.
Setup is straightforward: plug it in, let it reach temperature, and start service. The compact footprint and silver finish fit modern kitchen aesthetics without looking industrial. A 2-year parts and labour warranty covers normal commercial use.
