Why this electric salamander grill earns its place
Combisteel GIORIK SALAMANDER 570 7466.1485 is the 570 mm-wide stainless steel salamander in the series. It measures 570 mm wide, 580 mm deep and 520 mm high, with a gross weight of 65 kg.
It is built for a 400 V, 50 Hz supply and carries a 45 kW rating. Those figures give the unit a clear commercial specification without adding anything beyond the dossier.
This version uses a knob controller. If you want a simple manual control format rather than a touch screen interface, that is the point that separates it from the touch model in the same family.
