Why this pasta boiler earns its place
The PB33 E448 brings the Silverlink 600 pasta-boiler formula into a single-tank format. Built in stainless steel, it uses one 7 litre tank, has a product capacity of 7, and runs from a 230V supply as a plug unit.
For smaller pasta runs, the unit's listed output of 5 kg pasta per hour keeps it focused on steady, controlled service rather than bulk output. The thermostatic control is there to maintain accurate water temperature, which is exactly what you want from a dedicated pasta boiler.
As with the twin-tank version, Lincat has kept the working details practical. The front-mounted controls support safe operation, the hinging element with safety cut-out gives better access for tank cleaning, and the corrosion-resistant elements are designed for a long service life.
