Why this pasta boiler earns its place
Built for kitchens that need to keep pasta service moving, the Fagor 900 Series double well electric pasta cooker is a straightforward tool: two stainless steel tanks, six separate baskets—one per pasta type—and the power to bring them all to a rolling boil fast. At 24 kW on three-phase 400V, the CP-E910 recovers temperature quickly after you pull a basket, which matters when you're running multi-cover service.
The dual-well design means you're not choosing between spaghetti and penne; you can cook both at once, along with gnocchi, ravioli, lasagne sheets, and two other cuts. Each basket holds pasta for multiple covers, so one load rarely means one plate. The stainless steel body is easy to clean when you've got fifteen minutes at service end, and at 800 mm wide and 850 mm tall, it slots into standard line layouts without eating bench space.
Fagor built the 900 Series as an integrated range—they pair with their hobs, ovens, and grills—so if you're thinking about electrifying your kitchen or adding a pasta station, this sits naturally alongside other stock-standard stuff you probably already use.
