The Panasonic NE-C1275 is a silver commercial combination microwave with a 30 litre capacity and a footprint of 383 x 600 x 484 mm. At 41 kg gross weight, it is a solid back-of-house machine designed to deliver microwave and grill work in a compact footprint.
It combines a microwave with a convection oven, plus a high speed 4 element quartz fan grill and grill convection functions for faster browning results. The oven also has six microwave power levels, two grill power levels and recessed elements, giving the operator a wider range of finishing options.
The dual emission bottom energy feed is there to help ensure even heating, while the fast-cool feature helps bring the oven temperature down quickly for easier cleaning and low temperature cooking. The machine can store up to 99 programmes, each with up to three stages of combination or single cooking cycles.
