Why this countertop chargrill earns its place
The RMB624 is the smaller sibling of the RMB648, offering the same chargrill performance in a tighter frame. At 610 mm wide, it fits snugly into corner positions, against walls or into smaller pass layouts—ideal for kitchens where every centimetre counts but you still want the quality char that justifies a plate price.
Built from stainless steel and weighing 166 kg, it's a compact but serious workhorse. Gas-fired with a temperature swing from +130°C to -445°C, it sears burgers and steaks hard, then holds delicate proteins warm on cooler zones. The grate design lets you manage heat zones—searing on the mark, resting gently at the side—so you're in control, not just cooking through.
For smaller operations, events, pop-ups or restaurants with limited counter space, the RMB624 punches above its width. It's the chargrill that proves you don't need a full range to deliver house-standard grilled food. Gas supply and installation are the same as any larger unit—straightforward and reliable once set up.
