Why this griddle earns its place
This natural gas model gives you the same Silverlink 600 griddle format, but with a natural gas connection and a rated input of 5400 W. It is built for controlled cooking, with high and low heat settings and piezo ignition that makes lighting simple and convenient.
The cooking plate is a solid 12 mm machined steel surface, so the unit is designed to spread heat evenly and hold it well through service. Lincat also specifies a large fat collection drawer and a fat drainage channel, which help keep grease moving away from the working area.
Like the LPG version, the F911-N has a steel build, a stainless steel exterior finish, a 415 x 450 x 650 mm footprint and a 35.1 kg gross weight. It carries a 2 year parts and labour warranty and a published output of 100 burgers or 60 steaks per hour.
