The Lincat Silverlink 600 GS7/N is a heavy-duty gas griddle with dual heat zones that are controlled independently, giving the cook direct control over high and low heat settings. It uses piezo ignition and a 12 mm solid steel plate, so it is built to spread heat evenly and keep it where it is needed.
This natural gas version is set up for mains gas installation and keeps the same hard-working layout as the LPG model. The specification lists output at 190 burgers an hour or 140 steaks an hour, which shows the pace it is built for in a busy kitchen.
The griddle is designed to reduce heat radiation into the cooking area, which helps comfort on the line and supports lower energy use.
