Why this griddle earns its place
This is a different beast from chrome. The 18mm-thick polished-steel plate conducts heat relentlessly and reaches 300 °C—30 degrees hotter than a chrome equivalent—making it the choice when you're searing steaks, cooking thick cuts, and pushing volume. Two powerful 8.2kW burners feed it, thermostically controlled, so the heat is fast and stable even when you're hitting it hard service after service. At 800mm, you've got full-width cooking surface in 350mm height, compact but serious.
The grease management is the same as every Falcon: trough runs the whole width, removable collection area underneath for quick dump-and-clean. At 98 kg, it's built to stay put on your station. The stainless-steel frame is durable, the polished surface cleans hard without complaint.
Two-year parts and labour warranty. Connect to propane and you've got a professional-grade griddle that doesn't apologise for high-volume work. The Falcon F900 range builds to spec.
