Why this countertop chargrill earns its place
The G94120 is built for steakhouses, carveries and high-volume grill operations where volume, consistency and presentation all matter. Twelve heavy-duty, double-sided cast iron brander bars run the full width of the cooking surface, delivering that professional sear and cross-hatch that customers expect. Eight cast iron radiants underneath distribute heat evenly and constantly across the entire grill, while four burners give variable control to manage hot and cooler zones. This design means you can work at high intensity without hot spots or dead zones.
The full-width 1.2m cooking surface maximises throughput—you can grill multiple steaks, chops, burgers and portobello mushrooms in a single service push. The cooler rest area at one end lets cooked food hold warm if service gets busy, without drying out or burning. The radiants and brander bars are removable, so you can take them out for cleaning between services or at close of day. Everything drains through a pressed grease collection tray at the front and a removable fat jug, so grease never pools or burns during service.
At 215kg and running on natural gas via mains supply, the G94120 is a serious piece of kit. Installation requires a qualified gas engineer to connect you to your mains gas supply at the right pressure and ensure all safety compliance. Once it's running, Falcon's 2-year parts and labour warranty covers you if anything goes wrong.
