Why this countertop chargrill earns its place
From Falcon's award-winning Dominator Series, the Chargrill Brewery is built for busy commercial catering outlets that need function and practicality from their grill line. This propane gas model is a countertop chargrill with a 600 mm width, a 770 mm depth and a 455 mm height, and it carries a gross weight of 143 kg.
Two independent burners let each half of the chargrill be cooked separately, which is useful when different foods need different temperatures. The heavy-duty cast iron radiants protect the burners and give even heat to branders, so there is no need for messy coal or lava rock.
The stainless steel construction is made for service work, and the front-mounted removable jugs collect run-off fat and oil to make cleaning quicker. The listed temperature range runs from +120 to +270 °C, with a rated input of 11,700 W.
