Why this gas griddle earns its place
The Combisteel BASE 700 Gas Lava Stone Grill 7178.0495 is a compact gas grilling unit in the BASE 700 range. Its footprint is 400 mm wide, 700 mm deep and 900 mm high, which keeps the station controlled and easy to plan around in a professional kitchen.
With a gross weight of 76 kg, this is a solid fixed appliance without being as heavy as a larger format unit. That matters when you are choosing kit for a line that needs a defined grilling point but still has to fit into a practical run of equipment.
The title gives the product type clearly: gas lava stone grill. For buyers, the useful takeaway is straightforward – the model, the compact footprint and the published weight are all pinned down before installation decisions are made.
