Why this griddle earns its place
The Blue Seal GP513 LS CM601-P is a griddle on stand for kitchens that need serious heat in a smaller footprint. Blue Seal positions it as a new addition to the Evolution range for sites that are limited on space but still need a powerful griddle with stand.
It measures 915 x 450 x 812 mm and weighs 130 kg, so it has the presence and stability you expect from a commercial floor-standing griddle. The stainless steel construction and silver finish keep it in the familiar Blue Seal trade style.
With an LPG fuel setup and a rated input of 11,500 W, this model is built to deliver strong cooking performance without taking over the line. It is a practical option where cooking power matters, but counter space does not stretch far.
