Why this griddle earns its place
This is the do-it-all cooktop: griddle for volume prep (breakfast covers, hash browns, fish sear-and-hold), and two open burners ready for saucepans, stockpots, anything you need to boil, simmer or sauté. All three cooking zones feed from a single powerful natural gas supply, 26 kW at full hammer, with independent heat control so you can simmer on one burner while griddle-frying eggs and boiling veg at full tilt.
The three zones sit across a compact 900 mm width and 812 mm depth — that's efficient footprint thinking. The frame sits at standing height with plenty of undershelf space for prep containers, saucepan storage, whatever you need to keep close to hand. Stainless steel build takes the thermal shock and the daily scraping. When you spec this unit into a kitchen, you're buying one piece of equipment that covers three distinct cooking jobs without sprawling across the line.
Blue Seal's Evolution series steps up the performance and flexibility from earlier ranges. This model runs on natural gas (mains) — no bottle swaps, no supply complexity, and typically lower fuel costs than LPG over time. The mixed-burner configuration is perfect for catering teams where one person might need hot plate, griddle and boiling capacity all at once — a prep cook plating up a full-service meal, or a café running breakfast and lunch covers.
