The patented Synergy Grill system uses a very hot, easy-to-clean metal plate heat bed to atomise fat during cooking. That means there is no fat tray to clean, and the moisture released from the fat and oils is absorbed back into the food to help create a juicier result with a stronger BBQ flavour.
