Why this griddle earns its place
This Lincat Silverlink 600 griddle uses chrome covered dual heat zones that are controlled thermostatically and independently. The 750 mm width keeps it narrower than the larger bench units in the range, while the 620 mm depth and 330 mm height keep the form factor tidy.
The manufacturer says the hard chrome plated surface reduces heat radiated out to the work area, which helps reduce the power required. It also has a removable fat drainer drawer for easier cleaning after service, and the mirrored chrome surface is one reason it is described as ideal for front of house use.
The unit is rated at 6000 W, runs on 230V or 400V three phase power, and works across a +50 to +300 °C range. At 48 kg gross and with a 2-year parts and labour warranty, it is a compact but properly specified commercial griddle.
