Why this griddle earns its place
The Falcon F900 E9581 is the workhorse smooth griddle. The 18 mm polished-steel plate runs from eggs and pancakes through lunch-time burgers and evening à-la-carte service, all without food sticking or requiring heavy scraping. Two 4.4 kW elements sit underneath; the thermostat locks temperature between 100 and 300 °C, and you maintain it all shift without fuss. The polished finish also means fast temperature recovery—load the cold protein and the plate bounces back in seconds.
This is the griddle for high-frequency, mixed-menu kitchens. Eggs at 180 °C, steaks at 250 °C, pancakes at 160 °C—all run the same plate in the same service. The smooth surface won't impart char lines (if that's your style) but it won't stick either, and cleanup is just a wipe and brush at each pass. The 18 mm thickness is load-bearing; thin griddles wilt under cold protein; this one stays flat and responsive.
The unit builds to F900 standard: 2 mm 304-grade stainless-steel body, laser-cut edges for seamless joining via the Dynamic Link System, IPX5 rated for spray cleaning. The grease trough and removable collection pan keep service flowing. At 350 × 800 × 900 mm (97 kg), it sits in a compact footprint. Three-phase 230/400V, 8.8 kW draw.
