Why this griddle earns its place
The Falcon F900 E9581CR is a chrome griddle built to be seen and appreciated. The 18 mm thick chrome plate is the business end—it conducts heat evenly, recovers fast when you load it cold, and looks pristine throughout service. Two 4.4 kW elements run independently, so you hold one zone hot for searing while the other runs lower for gentle egg work. The thermostat locks temperature between 90 and 270 °C; you set it once and the plate maintains itself.
Chrome is a showman's choice: it emits very little radiant heat (staff won't be wringing out their shirts), and it polishes clean in seconds—no burnt-on residue, no scrubbing. Pancakes, drop scones, eggs, steaks, bacon—chrome griddles do them all without sticking or flavour transfer. The plate sits in a deep grease trough with a removable collection pan; you swab the trough daily and empty the catch without breaking flow.
The unit is engineered like the rest of F900: 2 mm 304-grade stainless-steel body, laser-cut edges that butt seamlessly to adjacent equipment via the Dynamic Link System, IPX5 rated for spray cleaning. At 350 × 800 × 900 mm (100 kg), it's compact enough for a tight pass-through or breakfast station. Three-phase 230/400V, 8.8 kW draw.
