Why this countertop chargrill earns its place
The Falcon Dominator Plus Countertop Electric Chargrill E3925 DT603 is built for kitchens that want chargrilled food without using a traditional gas model. It cooks directly on the elements, which gives the branded chargrill finish that the manufacturer highlights, while keeping the unit in a stainless steel, silver-finished body.
Two independently controlled 7.2 kW elements help it reach cooking temperature quickly, and the cooking area measures 730 x 590 mm with even heat across the full surface. The temperature range runs from 70 to 400 °C, so it has the spread needed for a wide range of chargrilling work.
Cleaning features are well thought through. The magnetic sidescreens can be removed and washed in a standard size sink, the drip tray is removable, the chamber below the elements can be removed for cleaning, and the elements swivel upwards and lock in place for easier access.
