Why this barbecue earns its place
The Buffalo folding gas BBQ is built for caterers and event teams who move between sites. It's designed to fold up for transport, then unfold, connect to propane, and start cooking in minutes. The stainless steel construction handles rough treatment without rusting, and at 27.2 kg it's portable enough for one person to handle, especially with two people helping. Dimensions are 1400 mm wide by 850 mm tall by 465 mm deep—a serious cooking surface without the weight of a fixed installation.
Power is adjustable across 6500W, so you control the heat intensity. That's enough to cook fast for service rush (burgers, chicken, vegetables, seafood all handle well) or dial it back for slower cooking and keeping food warm. The cooking surface is generous, so you're not working in shifts or cooking in batches when you've got 50 covers to feed.
Setup is straightforward. Unfold, connect a propane bottle (included attachment kit), light the burners, and start cooking. Once service is done, it cleans as easily as it sets up—food residue wipes off stainless steel, and the whole frame folds compact for the vehicle. Outdoor catering without permanent infrastructure is the whole idea. Note: this is outdoor-only equipment and must be run in well-ventilated areas. For events, always check the safety data sheet before setup.
