The Merrychef Eikon E3 is a compact high speed oven with a 34.4 litre capacity, stainless steel construction and a silver finish. It measures 551 x 598 x 558 mm and weighs 63 kg, putting it firmly in the category of a serious commercial counter appliance.
It combines convection and microwave technology for fast, even heating of food products. The manufacturer says that allows ready-made products to be regenerated up to 5 times faster than traditional methods, with the aim of delivering a crisp outside and an evenly heated inside.
This three phase model runs on 230V with a 4700 W rated input and a temperature range of +100 to +275 °C. For kitchens that want the speed of a high speed oven in a slightly smaller format, it offers a compact 34.4 litre capacity.
