The Merrychef Eikon E3 High Speed Oven DW240 brings convection and microwave together so food heats quickly and evenly. Merrychef says that pairing can regenerate ready-made products very efficiently and up to 5 times faster than traditional methods, while still giving a crisp outside and an evenly heated inside.
With a 34.4 litre capacity and a temperature range from +100 to +275 °C, this oven gives you the headroom for quick-service regeneration without losing control of the finish. The stainless steel body, silver colour and 551 x 598 x 558 mm external size make it easy to place in a compact service area.
DW240 is the three-phase version in the Eikon E3 group, running on 400V with a rated input of 4700 W. It weighs 63 kg and carries a 1 year warranty, so it is a straightforward fit for sites that already have three-phase power available.
