The Merlot Cibo keeps the same fast-service idea as the rest of the range, with Lincat describing it as a way to deliver great quality food fast and extend the menu with quality snacks. It is aimed at cafés, bars, convenience stores, quick-serve restaurants, events and mobile catering.
This version combines stainless steel and glass in a red finish, giving the oven a more distinctive look on the counter. The listed dimensions are 437 mm wide, 616 mm deep and 367 mm high, and the gross weight is 31.4 kg.
The oven takes 2/3 GN two-thirds pans and offers a temperature range from 0 to 290 °C. With a 230V plug connection, it is a practical compact high-speed oven for kitchens that want speed, control and a bit more visual presence on the line.
