Why this high speed oven earns its place
The Lainox Oracle ORACRB DK748 is designed to give a kitchen speed, flexibility and control in one compact unit. Its three cooking technologies – microwave, fan-assisted and impingement – work together in high speed oven mode, while Combi Wave allows microwave, convection or a combination of both to be selected as needed.
The 7" LCD colour touch screen is easy to use and can be customised to suit the site. WiFi connectivity is included as standard, so recipes can be uploaded and shared through Nabook plus, alongside programs and advice from operators around the world.
