Why this gas range earns its place
The Silverlink 600 SLR9C/N is the mains-gas version of a six-burner workhorse—identical in power and build to its propane sibling, but fed from the gas line. Six burners run simultaneously, so you can fry, reduce, boil and hold at the same time. Temperature range spans 130 to 250 °C, covering everything from gentle holding to hard roasting and deep frying. Natural gas feed means no bottle swaps, no propane logistics—just reliable utility gas that's already in most established kitchens.
The hob tops are fully pressed and sealed, which is the detail that separates a machine you'll love using from one you'll resent cleaning. No gaps for grease to accumulate, no burnt-on spills in crevices—the top wipes clean, period. Stainless steel exterior and enamelled cast iron cooking surfaces are built to take the pace and the heat of real service. Beneath the hob sits a full oven cavity, so you have both burner output and roasting capacity in one footprint.
At 900 mm wide and 956 mm tall, the footprint is substantial but fits into most pass-line spaces. Rear castors let you wheel it out for deep cleaning behind and around—essential hygiene in a professional kitchen. At 89.9 kg, it's heavy enough to stay stable under load and move when you need it to. Natural gas connection is standard commercial plumbing, familiar to any engineer or kitchen fitter.
