Why this gas range earns its place
The Falcon F900 four burner oven range is a dual-purpose workhorse—cooktop and oven in a single footprint, running on natural gas. Four 9.5 kW burners sit on a one-piece pressed hob with deep wells that contain spillage. Each burner has an individual cast iron pan support for stability, and sealed burner wells mean you're not fighting grease buildup when you wipe down between services. The whole cooktop is engineered so that wide raised corners prevent grease pooling at edges.
Built from 304 culinary-grade stainless steel, the F900 is designed to survive a busy kitchen. Acid, salt, heat—all the things that corrode cheaper stainless or mild steel—run off 304 without leaving marks. The unit has an internal cavity measuring 300 × 565 × 730 mm, which holds a 2/1 gastronorm double tray and runs from 80 to 280 °C. The metal-to-metal door seal keeps oven heat inside, not radiating into your kitchen.
At 900 × 800 × 900 mm and 125 kg, this is a standard commercial range footprint. Natural gas connection means no cylinder changes, just a reliable mains feed. The sealed design and cast iron construction mean daily cleaning is fast, and the unit gets tougher the more you use it.
