Why this gas range earns its place
This Falcon gas range gives you six high-performance burners above a general purpose oven, so you can cook on the hob and in the oven without splitting the job across separate machines. The stainless steel hob is removable, the pan supports are cast iron, and the oven chamber is vitreous enamelled for easier cleaning.
The oven is built around a wide +120 to +270 °C temperature range and five shelf positions, with twin oven doors and individual catches designed to help hold heat in service. Laser etched control icons and low profile oven door handles keep the working area uncluttered.
It is 2/1 Gastronorm compatible and offers 5x 2/1 GN capacity, which makes it a strong fit for kitchens working from large trays and standardised production. The external size is 890 x 900 x 770 mm and the gross weight is 114 kg, so this is a substantial fixed-position range rather than a light counter unit.
Check the narrowest clear opening, then every corner, landing, step and lift from the kerb to the room.
Stated machine geometry while kept upright. Allow handling room and confirm the complete route.

Enter the usable gap with the door fully open.
