This Blue Seal gas range pairs a 6 burner hob with a drop-down door gas oven, giving you one stainless steel unit for both hob work and oven cooking. It is a heavy-duty range from the Evolution series, with reinforced control knobs and a high quality chassis designed for commercial catering use.
The oven has a 5.3 Cu. Ft. cavity, two shelves and four shelf positions, so it is set up for flexible use across service. The listed internal size is 385 x 665 x 590 mm, with a 149 litre capacity and 2/1 GN double compatibility.
The range is supplied for natural gas operation and has a rated input of 51000 W. It is specified with a temperature range from +80 to +300 °C, which gives you a broad working range for different cooking tasks.
