Why this dual fuel oven earns its place
The Blue Seal Evolution 4 Burner on natural gas is built for kitchens where mains gas is already plumbed in — which means lower running costs and one less supply line to worry about. At 750 mm wide, it's compact without being cramped: four individually controlled burners top the line, with a full 1/1 gastronorm electric oven cavity underneath for baking, roasting and finishing.
The 812 mm depth isn't wasted space — it's working surface. You've got room to stage multiple pans, keep utensils close and work at service pace without reaching across hot metal. Each burner fires independently, so during prep you might run one or two for lighter cooking, then bring all four online when service hits. The electric static oven bakes steadily — no convection, so roasts stay moist and pastries rise true without air movement interference.
At 176 kg, it's a solid unit that moves for kitchen fit-outs but stays put during service. It runs on 230–240V electricity and natural gas, pulling power from both utilities to deliver consistent output. Two years' parts and labour warranty is standard; extend to three years if you want peace of mind through cycles of heavier use.
