Product description

Raise output, cut waiting times and deliver beautifully consistent bakes with the Pratica Forza STi fast stackable pizza oven. Combining impinged air with infrared heating, the Forza achieves cook times up to 50% faster than conventional ovens whilst producing superb browning, crisp crusts and even melt. Ideal for QSRs, pizzerias, bakeries, hotels, kiosks and convenience stores, this versatile 6.6kW pizza oven handles pizzas up to 40cm (16″) – fresh or par-baked, thin or thick crust – as well as flatbreads and cookies.

Precision meets simplicity through a full¬øcolour touchscreen, built¬øin sensors and even heat distribution. Unlimited recipe storage with steps, icons and photos speeds training and ensures consistency, and IoK connectivity lets teams create, edit and sync menus via Wi¬øFi or USB across multiple ovens – perfect for multi¬øsite operations.

Designed for front of house use and with a modern, compact design, the Pratica Forza STi pizza oven features a stylish door and special lighting to showcase food whilst saving space. A ventless, hood¬øfree design with removable catalytic converter streamlines installation and cleaning, and the insulated build keeps the surrounding area cooler and safer to touch. Supplied ready to work with a 16″ pizza screen, aluminium paddle, door cleaning tool, oven cleaner and oven guard, so staff can get up to speed fast and keep service flowing.
