A full-size 1/1 Gastronorm tray with 65 mm walls, this aluminium pan is sized for jobs that need depth: braised meats, large-batch vegetables, custards, or anywhere you need to layer liquid and food. The non-stick mineral coating with rock texture prevents food binding to the pan and keeps cleanup fast between services. Aluminium spreads heat evenly across the tray base, so oven heat reaches everything uniformly without hot spots.
At 530 mm across, the full-width footprint uses every millimetre of a 1/1 combi space. The 65 mm side height gives you volume without spillover in a standard oven cycle—deep enough for wet braises but not so tall that stacking becomes awkward during service.
