Why this multi cook oven earns its place
The VECTOR H Series is aimed at kitchens that need flexibility, structure and space-saving cooking in one machine. Alto-Shaam describes it as a revolution in cooking technology, with multiple independent oven chambers and deluxe controls that include images, unlimited recipe steps, work instructions, HACCP data and technical information.
Those controls are built for repeatable service. The manufacturer says the unit also offers Wi-Fi capabilities, so it is intended for kitchens that need more than a basic heat-and-time interface.
The H Series design adds LED door lighting, an improved hinge and handle design, a larger glass viewing area and Structured Air Technology. Alto-Shaam also says the unit can be placed anywhere with ventless operation, which helps when site layout is tight.
