Why this induction hob earns its place
The Lincat Induction Hob IH21 DK977 is a compact plug-in induction hob built for kitchens that want fast, controlled heat without a heavy footprint. It measures 350 x 654 x 115 mm, weighs 12.2 kg gross and uses a stainless steel and ceramic glass construction that keeps the unit looking smart while standing up to regular service.
Its twin zones give you flexible cooking space, and the manufacturer says the high power zones deliver almost twice as much cooking power as a similar gas hob. The pan detection function is a practical safety feature as well as an energy saver, cutting power to the surface when no pan is present.
It runs on a 230V supply with a listed 3000 W input and a maximum temperature of +190°C. That makes it a straightforward option for smaller cooking stations, extra line capacity or any setup where you want induction speed in a portable format.
