The Buffalo freestanding double zone induction hob is designed for professional kitchens that want efficient cooking without giving up output. It uses induction technology to channel energy directly into the pan, helping to keep energy use lower than conventional gas or electric hobs.
This model has two 3.5 kW heavy duty cooking zones, each with 11 power levels, so it gives the user a good range of control for boiling, frying and simmering with accuracy. A boost function is also included for times when extra power is needed.
The freestanding format sits on a built-in stand with storage space below, and the stand has braked castors so the unit can be repositioned for cleaning or maintenance. Stainless steel and toughened ceramic glass construction make the hob straightforward to clean after service.
