Why this boiling ring earns its place
The Lincat Silverlink 600 HT3/P E416-P is a countertop propane gas boiling top with two boiling rings. It is designed to add extra cooking capacity without taking over the worktop, making it a practical fit where space is tight but throughput still matters.
The unit is made from stainless steel and uses robust vitreous enamelled cast iron pan supports. Its fully pressed and sealed stainless steel hob is intended to make cleaning easier, while the low level flue helps maximise the working area and gives room for large stock pots.
At 306 mm high, 300 mm wide and 626 mm deep, it has a compact footprint and a gross weight of 11.9 kg. The burners are fitted with a flame failure device for added safety, and the unit is built for regular countertop use in a commercial kitchen.
