The Lincat Silverlink 600 HT6/N E421-N is a natural gas boiling top built for countertop use. It adds four burners to the line without demanding much space, so it gives a kitchen extra hob capacity where it matters most.
It is made from stainless steel, with stainless steel exterior finish and robust enamelled cast iron pan supports. The unit is described with rubber feet for a secure countertop position, and the fully pressed and sealed gas hobs are designed to make cleaning easier in a busy commercial kitchen.
At 306 mm high, 600 mm wide and 626 mm deep, it keeps a relatively compact footprint while still delivering 18 kW, or 61,416 Btu/hr. That makes it a practical fit for kitchens that want strong boiling capacity from a small, hard-wearing unit.
