Why this boiling ring earns its place
This Lincat Silverlink 600 boiling top is a countertop natural gas unit with two boiling rings, built for straightforward, high-heat pan work on a compact footprint. At 300 mm wide and 626 mm deep, it takes up very little space while still giving you a proper boiling station on the bench.
The hob is fully pressed and sealed in stainless steel, so it is designed to clean down easily after service. The vitreous enamelled cast iron pan supports give the rings a sturdy base, and the low-level flue helps maximise the working area while leaving room for large stock pots.
