Why this boiling ring earns its place
Compact but hard-working, the Imperial IHPA636 countertop open burner is built for a busy kitchen that needs a flexible heat source in a 36-inch footprint. It runs on natural gas, has a stainless-steel body and measures 914 mm wide, 797 mm deep and 273 mm high.
The burner setup is designed for even heating and practical control. Imperial fits PyroCentric burner heads that produce two rings of flame, plus one standing pilot per burner for instant ignition. Cast-iron grates help give the unit the strength it needs for regular service, while the back grates are sized for large pans and stock pots.
There is a hot air dam to deflect heat on to the pan, which suits the kind of cooking this machine is made for. A 5-inch stainless-steel landing edge gives you space for plating, and the removable burners and grates make cleaning less of a chore once service is finished.
