The Lincat Lynx 400 Electric Double Boiling Top LBR2 is a compact countertop unit with two boiling rings and a low-profile design. It is designed to give a comfortable working height when fitted on a typical 900 mm high worktop.
Control is straightforward. The boiling top has variable heat control and a thermal cut-out, helping prevent pans boiling dry or the hotplates carrying on once the pan is removed. That makes the unit safer in daily use and helps prolong element life.
