Why this fryer baskets & chip basket earns its place
This Combisteel PRO 700/900 2 x fryer basket set is named for the gas fryer it belongs with: 7488.0200/0205. That makes it a useful, specific accessory when you need a basket that is clearly matched to the unit rather than guessed at.
The basket set has a compact footprint, measuring 100 mm wide, 325 mm deep and 125 mm high. At 1 kg gross weight, it is easy to handle and quick to work with in a busy kitchen.
That matters in service, because a fryer basket should fit the fryer and the kitchen rhythm cleanly. The right-sized basket keeps the frying station organised and avoids the hassle of forcing a generic accessory into a specialist job.
