Why this pasta cooker earns its place
The Combisteel BASE 600 Basket Pasta Cooker Right 7178.9032 is a small, purpose-specified part for a BASE 600 pasta cooker setup. Its own footprint is tidy and easy to plan around, measuring 100 mm wide, 160 mm deep and 135 mm high.
That compact size is the most useful thing to know at a glance. In a commercial kitchen, parts like this need to fit the station properly and stay easy to handle, and this unit keeps both of those jobs straightforward.
The gross weight is just 1 kg, so it is light enough to lift, position and fit without drama. Because it is the right-hand version, it is the one to choose when the layout calls for that orientation rather than a generic substitute.
