Why this free standing fryer earns its place
Built for the daily rigours of a busy commercial kitchen, this Lincat Opus 800 fryer combines a heavy-duty stainless steel body with a 25 litre single tank and two baskets. It is a free standing natural gas model with a 600 mm width, 800 mm depth and 1070 mm height, giving you a full-service fryer in a practical footprint.
The pumped filtration system is the standout feature. Lincat says the oil can be filtered and the fryer ready to fry again in under 5 minutes, and that filtration can happen during or after service, even while the oil is hot. That helps protect oil life without slowing the kitchen down.
It runs at 230V with a 30,000 W rated input and works from +90 to +190 °C. With a stainless steel finish, 122 kg gross weight and a 2 year parts and labour warranty, this is a fryer built for repeated service rather than occasional use.
