Why this free standing fryer earns its place
This is a fryer built for kitchens that never stop: two baskets mean one can be draining whilst the other is in the oil, and the 18-litre tank recovers heat fast enough to keep up with a 200-cover service. Set the oil temperature between 130–190°C (depending on what you're frying — chips at 180°C, donuts at 170°C, just-finished proteins at 160°C), and the thermostat keeps it locked. The tank temperature is monitored continuously; a safety thermostat prevents overheating.
The Fryer Angel safety system is built in — it's not an add-on. This system prevents fires and flare-ups by monitoring oil temperature and automatically shutting down if something goes wrong. It protects staff, customers and the kitchen itself; it's legally expected in modern catering but most operators still treat it as optional. Here it's standard. Stainless-steel frame, twin baskets on feet for easy draining, propane gas supply for the flexibility of portable or flexible-location operation.
At 890 × 400 × 900 mm (width × depth × height), it's a footprint that fits most service lines. The 86 kg weight means it's not bolted-down-forever either — you can reposition it during a kitchen refit or move it to a secondary site if a second fryer is needed temporarily. One-year warranty covers parts and labour from Falcon UK.
