Why this free standing fryer earns its place
The Falcon F900 G9341 is straightforward fryer engineering built for pace. Two 18-litre baskets let you run simultaneous cooks without oil depletion — fry your main order while the next batch comes ready. Propane burners push 22kW and recover fast when you pull a full basket, so temperature climbs back quickly and you keep service moving. Oil holds steady between 130 and 190°C, controlled by thermostat with a safety cutout to stop overheating.
This is the core spec without filtration — reliable and honest. You manage oil life manually like traditional fryers: filter at end of shift or start of service depending on your schedule. For higher-volume operations running hard oil life that needs intervention mid-service, consider the G9341F with integrated filtration. But if your rhythm works with scheduled changes, the G9341 gives you the same twin-basket capability and temperature control for lower capital cost.
The build is stainless steel on castors. Dimensions are 900mm deep and 1100mm tall, with a 400mm footprint. Gross weight is 88kg. The 2-year commercial warranty covers parts and labour, with a 1-year extension available.
