THE WORKING VIEW

Why this free standing fryer earns its place

The F900 delivers reliable performance where mains gas is already piped in. Twin baskets keep covers flowing during the rush—one batch frying while you're loading the next—without the pause that single-basket machines impose. With just 18 litres of oil, you get the throughput of a larger machine with the efficiency of a smaller one, so your oil costs stay down and changeovers run to schedule.

Natural gas makes sense for fixed locations where the supply is stable and plentiful. You're tapping an existing service, which means no cylinder swaps, no propane deliveries to coordinate around service times, and no surprise supply gaps. The thermostatically controlled temperature holds steady between 130–190°C, and a built-in safety thermostat prevents the kind of overheat damage that costs hours and money. The integrated Fryer Angel system is your real safety net—it detects fire and flare-up conditions and prevents them from becoming incidents, protecting staff and premises.

Built from stainless steel and supplied on castors, the F900 sits neatly into most layouts—tall enough to be visible, just 400mm deep to fit tight pass areas. Castors mean you can pull it forward for a deep clean or lock it down during service. The one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, and our servicing team can be reached on 01792 732702 for maintenance and repairs.

BEFORE YOU BUY

Questions, answered straight

18 litres is compact but sufficient for most services. Oil life depends on product and cleaning habit, but you're looking at oil changes roughly every 40–50 hours of use. The small volume means oil stays fresher between changes, which keeps your fried product tasting better.

Yes. You might fry chips in one basket and battered fish in the other, or split a larger product batch across both. The thermal recovery is fast enough that you can run one full and one half-loaded without losing temperature, so you're never waiting on the fryer to catch up during service.

190°C is your standard frying temperature for chips and most fried products. The lower settings (130–160°C) let you gently warm pre-cooked items or keep finished product hot without overcooking the outside. The thermostat holds the setting rock-steady, so you're never guessing or tweaking.

Yes. Fryer fires escalate fast and cost you service time, damage, and potential injury. The Fryer Angel detects fire and flare-up conditions before they spread, containin the risk in one integrated system. In a busy kitchen, this is your safety backbone.

Natural gas is the cheapest per unit where mains supply is available, and there's no logistics—you turn on the supply and it's there. Where mains gas isn't available, other fuel sources might make more sense. The F900 performs identically regardless of fuel type.

The stainless steel construction hoses down easily, and the open design means nothing hides grease splatter. For deeper servicing, descaling, or repairs, contact our team on 01792 732702. Castors make it straightforward to pull the unit out for a thorough clean behind the pass.
