Why this free standing fryer earns its place
The Falcon Dominator Plus G3845F FA520-N is built for kitchens that want a twin-pan fryer with filtration built in. Each pan has its own in-built filtration system, so the pans can be drained independently, helping prolong oil life, keep food quality consistent and reduce the time staff spend on oil handling.
The two pans each hold 12.8 litres of oil, giving 25.6 litres in total, and Falcon states a combined output of 34 kg chips per hour. Because each pan is controlled separately, you can run one side during quieter periods and save energy and oil without switching the whole fryer on for lighter trade.
That separation also makes the fryer useful where allergen control matters. One pan can be dedicated to allergen-free food such as gluten free while the other handles the rest of service, giving the operator a clearer workflow across busy service periods. The fryer works from 140-190°C and has a fast-acting safety thermostat that switches the unit off if the oil gets too hot.
