Why this free standing fryer earns its place
The Falcon Dominator G3845 is a free standing natural gas fryer built around two independently controlled pans. Each pan holds 12.8 litres of oil, giving a combined capacity of 25.6 litres and a quoted output of up to 34 kg of chips per hour. For a kitchen that needs steady frying throughput without committing to a single large vat, that twin-pan setup gives useful control over oil use and service pace.
That control is more than just convenience. Because each pan can be used, drained and managed separately, you can run one side during quieter periods to save energy and oil, then bring both pans into play when demand spikes. The manufacturer also notes that one pan can be devoted to allergen-free food such as gluten-free items, which makes the fryer a practical choice where separation matters.
The fryer is thermostatically controlled with a temperature range of 140-190°C and a fast-acting safety thermostat that switches the unit off if the oil gets too hot. Each pan is powered by an 11.4 kW burner, and fry plates and a lid are supplied as standard. The unit is built in stainless steel, measures 1090 x 450 x 786 mm, weighs 80 kg gross, and comes with a 2 year parts and labour commercial only warranty.
