Why this free standing fryer earns its place
The Blue Seal Vee Ray GT60 is a single-tank fryer built for pace. It's designed to cope with peak demands — the wider tank and 31-litre capacity mean you're not queueing baskets, and the patented infra-red burner system means recovery time between orders is short. At 25 kW input, this isn't a nibbling machine.
Propane gas operation is the choice when your site has tank supply or where you prefer to avoid the electrical complexity of a three-phase install. Temperature range 145–195°C handles the full frying remit from chips and battered fish through to croquettes and donuts. Two heavy-duty wire baskets come standard; the full 1¼" drain valve and lift-out elements mean you can empty, cool and clean in minutes.
The stainless steel build — body, tank, controls — resists the salt spray and humidity of working kitchens. It's 600 mm wide so it slots cleanly into a service line. Real venues running fryer-heavy menus — chip shops, takeaways, pubs with proper fish and chips — will find the output worth the footprint.
