Why this free standing fryer earns its place
The Blue Seal Evolution twin fryer is engineered for busy kitchens that need reliability and volume. Two independent 13-litre tanks mean you're not choosing between batches—you can fry chips in one basket and fish, chicken or snacks in the other simultaneously, maximising throughput when service is hectic. The stainless steel build resists corrosion and won't stain; the vitreous enamel control panel and heavy-duty wire baskets with rugged hanger keep everything running smoothly shift after shift.
Built with the front rail that protects operators from splashes and heat, this fryer sits on adjustable front legs with castors at the rear, so you can position it exactly where it belongs in your line. At 1085 mm tall and just 450 mm deep, it fits tight work spaces without sacrificing capacity.
Servicing and cleaning are straightforward. The full 1¼" drain valve empties tanks quickly for deep cleaning, and the lift-out heating elements come free without tools, so you can descale and maintain them properly. Two independent temperature controls let you set one tank for chips at 190°C and keep the other at 160°C for delicate items—real kitchen flexibility.
