Why this free standing fryer earns its place
The Blue Seal Evolution GT45 is built for high-volume chip and fryer output in tight kitchen spaces. Its single 20-litre tank sits within a compact footprint of just 1085 × 450 × 812 mm, meaning it slots into counter-tight arrangements without hogging real estate — yet it still pushes 31 kg of finished chips per hour when you're in the weeds.
Stainless steel throughout means it wipes clean easily and stands up to daily punishment in a working kitchen. The heavy-duty wire baskets hanger and adjustable front legs with rear castors let you position it exactly where you need it, while the 1¼" drain valve makes tank cleaning straightforward at close of service. Two baskets mean you're not constantly fishing in oil, and the lift-out heating elements speed up deep cleans.
Temperature runs from 145 to 195 °C, giving you the range to fry everything from chips and battered fish through to donuts and fritters without faffing with controls. The vitreous enamel control panel keeps the dials legible even when oil's spattering, and the front rail protects both the operator and the mechanism from the chaos of service.
